Event coordination across company walls

Consonanx keeps event producers coordinated with the companies that don't report to them.

Every corporate event runs on five or more organizations: venue, AV, catering, security, production. No shared boss, no shared tool.

The By Vendor procurement board for Global Partner Summit 2026. Five vendors, each on a different row, with a marker in one of five lifecycle columns: estimate, awaiting quote, quote received, ordered, received.

Status is derived, not typed

What a producer chases all day is almost never a task. It's an artifact from another company: a quote from the AV vendor, a CAD drawing from the fabricator, a slide deck from the speaker.

  1. A request reads sent because the email left.
  2. A quote reads received because the file arrived.
  3. Goods read accepted because the delivery was recorded.

Shared trackers rot because status is a claim. This one is harder to lie to, including by accident.

When reality doesn't fit, a phone quote for example, the producer records it by hand the same way, so it's visible which statuses are verified and which are someone's word.

協力会社の皆様へFor vendors

初日から、貴社の業務は何も変わりません。リンクを開き、メールアドレスをコードでご確認いただき、これまでメールでお送りいただいていたファイルをそのままアップロードするだけです。

Day one, a vendor changes nothing: link, confirm their email with a code, upload the file they were going to email anyway.

お受け取りになったご依頼は、取引先ごとにまとめて一つのアカウントでご確認いただけます。期日、ご受注の可否、納品物が検収されたかどうかまで、すべて同じ画面に揃います。

The account you land in is yours: every request from every client in one place, due dates, whether you won the job, whether what you delivered was accepted.

費用をご負担いただくのは主催者側のみです。協力会社の皆様に料金は一切かかりません。

Hosts pay. Vendors never pay.

All of it is done by me and my AI dev team. No other humans: no contractors, no agency, no non-founder code.

Guest seats exist in every tool, and for fifteen years I watched them go unused: a vendor won’t work inside each client’s tracker, so the tools stop at the company wall and the producer fills the gap by hand. I was the spreadsheet.
